Pontiac) The second Paducah (YTB 758) was laid dowll 5 May 1960 at the Southern Shipbuilding Corp., SlideH, La., Launched 31 August 1960; delivered and placed in service 24 February 1961. Assigned to the 5th Naval District, headquartered at Norfolk, Paducah has provided tug seryiee for ships operating in Virginia waters into 1970.
